1. Who we are

Guardo is provided by CJ Olivier, trading as Guardo ("we", "us"). When you use Guardo you are entering into an agreement with CJ Olivier. Contact: support@guardo.tech.

2. Acceptance

Guardo lets you build Discord bots with an AI assistant and host them. By creating an account or continuing to use the service you agree to these terms. You must be of legal age to enter a contract, or have authority to bind your organisation.

3. Your account and bot token

You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential, for all activity under your account, and for the Discord bot tokens you connect. Only connect bots you own or are allowed to manage, and keep your information accurate.

4. Acceptable use

You must follow Discord's Terms of Service and Developer Policy. You must not use Guardo unlawfully; for fraud, spam, scams or harassment; to infringe anyone's intellectual property; to create hate speech, deepfakes or malware; to scrape user data; or to interfere with the security of Guardo or others (including probing, jailbreaking the assistant, or bypassing limits). You may not reverse engineer, resell or redistribute the service.

5. AI assistant and output

You are responsible for your prompts, for having the rights to any content you provide, and for how you use what the assistant produces. AI output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before use. We may filter or refuse requests and remove content that breaks these terms. Rights holders can report infringing content to support@guardo.tech; repeated infringement leads to account termination.

6. Intellectual property

CJ Olivier owns Guardo and all related software, documentation, generated bot platform code and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You keep ownership of the content you provide, and grant us a limited licence to host and process it only to run the service.

7. Plans and payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Creem.io. Creem.io is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Creem provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, renewal, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Creem's terms. Pro renews monthly until cancelled; cancelling ends Pro immediately. See our Refund Policy.

8. Availability

We aim to keep bots online around the clock but do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The service is provided "as is" without implied warranties, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account or bots for material breach of these terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using Guardo at any time. When your account ends, your bots are taken offline and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, CJ Olivier is not liable for indirect, consequential or special losses (such as lost profits or data), and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the previous 12 months. Nothing limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
